Mike Linnane

A native of Lahinch, Co. Clare, Evolve Technologies’ CEO Mike holds an Honours Degree in Mechanical Engineering. With an impressive 27 years’ experience in developing software systems, Mike has lead 100 Software Projects with 50 different customers over the last 15 years. Acquainted with many different sectors and industries, Mike’s specialisms include the areas of Medical Devices and Risk and Compliance.

Mike’s vast technical and business skillset includes .NET, c#, SQL SERVER, Web, Windows, Mobile, Integration, Business Intelligence, Requirements Capture, Design, Testing and Project Management. Always excited by groundbreaking concepts, Mike is developer of CalQRisk, a Risk Management Project that was voted the second-best product in its category globally. Mike is also the proud developer of Ireland’s first Artificial Pancreas.

Chairman and Coach at Clare Cascaders Basketball Club, Mike is a retired member of Ennistymon’s Coder Dojo. Project Coordinator of Lahinch Playground Project for five years, Mike was additionally Chairman of Children’s Language Development Project for four years. A keen golfer, as a member of Lahinch Golf Club Mike enjoys golfing with customers and friends.

Ian Lambe

Ian Lambe

Ian is a very talented musician, musical instrument maker and software and web developer. He has coordinated and worked on a range of Evolve Technologies’ solutions over the last few years from Risk and Compliance projects for Credit Unions to Solar Power projects in the mountains of South Africa. Ian studied Software in DCU.

A key player on Ireland’s First Artificial Pancreas, Ian’s notable developmental experience includes location tracking devices and Geographical Information Systems (GIS). Providing technical guidance to the local Coast Guard during his 25-year membership, Ian’s vital solutions are still in operation today. An active mentor in the local Coder Dojo for four years, Ian is particularly passionate about Internet of Things (IoT), Usability and web-based technologies.

Noel Mulcahey

Noel Mulcahey

Noel, Evolve Technologies’ Business Development Manager, has been in the IT industry for 17 years. Working initially in sales before moving into consulting, he now focuses on process automation and Internet of Things (IoT) as well as Business Intelligence and its application into organisations. Noel loves to help businesses uncover opportunities in their processes and also assists in the design and development of bespoke solutions for organisations. He also specialises in helping small to medium-size businesses make dramatic gains in efficiency and productivity by improving the way they organise and manage their business documents, information and processes.

Noel’s skillset includes Business Process Automation, Productivity, Operational Management, Business Apps, Collaboration, Communications, Web Development, Design and Analysis. A mentor with Limerick Coder Dojo, Noel is always available to talk business, technology or rugby.

Ailish Madden

Ailish Madden

A director of Evolve Technologies for 17 years, Ailish’s passions outside Evolve Technologies include her roles as a Montessori teacher and mum. Always providing valuable support and advice to the company, Ailish actually studied computing before it was fashionable to do so. Ailish’s work experience also includes Beechams in Dublin and United Health Care in Limerick where she gained solid expertise in IT and Software Development Projects over a number of years.
